Left Tazzarine and drove further south via the town of N'Kob and the Draa Valley to Zagora
Looking back at our Kasbah hotel
To reduce the risk of damage to the shock absorbers, only Mike drove the 500 meters of rough track to the main road, everybody else walked

Again met many camels on the way
a caravan of Berber nomads crossed the road ahead of us with their heavily laden donkeys

approaching the main market town of the region, N'Kob
N'Kob
our desert queen
entering the fertile Draa Valley
with its countless date Palms
Stopped for a picnic lunch amongst the Palms, and immediately a lively young girl and her brother latched onto us as guides
the brother darted up a palm tree to provide us with a handful of dates

with an old diesel driven pump in one of the many pump houses
typical village in the Draa Valley
Finally arrived at our resting place for the night - the Hotel Zagour in Zagora
went for a stroll through the palm trees close to the hotel
a view of the hills behind the hotel which we planned to hike to the top of the next morning
sunset
climbing to the top of the hill behind the hotel
early morning shadows
views of the surrounding plains and hills
reached the antenna covered hill top
a very self satisfied group
with superb all round views
Hotel Zagour proved to be a pleasant place to stop
